The Riga City Construction Board has made a decision regarding the launch of a public consultation on the construction plan “Construction of a new tram infrastructure phase and reconstruction of the existing tram line, round 1, 2 and 3”
In view of the large public interest in the construction of the new tram infrastructure phase, which will links the existing tram routes, as well as the planned transformation of the existing tram infrastructure phase, under the project No. 4.5.1.1/16/I/002, financed by the Cohesion Fund, “Riga tram infrastructure development”, on 21 January 2019, “Rigas satiksme” asked the Riga City Construction Board to make a decision on public consultation regarding the construction plan.
On 5 March 2019, the Riga City Construction Board adopted a decision on the launch of a public consultation on the construction plan “Construction of a new tram infrastructure phase and reconstruction of the existing tram line, round 1, 2 and 3”, setting the deadline for the public consultation from 12 March 2019 until 9 April 2019.
The public consultation presentation of the construction plan will take place on 26 March 2019 at 17:00 in the meeting room of the Riga City Council’s building, Ratslaukuma 1, Riga.
It is possible to familiarize with the documents on the construction plan until 9 April 2019:
- at the Riga City Construction Board’s Customer service center, Amatu street 4, 1st floor, on business days during business hours;
- the Riga City Construction Board’s portal www.rpbv.lv section “Public involvement“;
- the Riga City Services’ portal www.eriga.lv section „Public involvement”;
- Construction plans in the area at the intersection of Krisjana Barona street and Pernavas street, at the intersection of Petersalas and Pulkveza Brieza street, and at the intersection of square Eksporta and Elizabetes street.
It is possible to submit feedback by 09.04.2019.:
- at any branch of the Riga City Council’s Visitors’ Reception Centre (free informative phone 80000800);
- at the Riga City Construction Board’s Customer service center, Amatu street 4, 1st floor, during visitors’ reception hours;
To be electronically filled in and sent via the portal www.eriga.lv section “Public involvement”.
The construction project is developed by SIA “BRD Projekts”.
